I liked the article.
Do you know why there are people fond of eating? Because they are accustomed to eat but they do not know that eating too much is also giving people more pain right? Not only those people who did not suffer the pain but also it will happen to that person who is aggressive to eat plenty of foods.

Such an irony. People do diet programs to lose some weight. Because of the diet, many people starve themselves. I heard in Korea there is a girl who lost her weight about 40 kilograms in three months only by consuming milk everyday and she does not consume anything else. Actually the main idea of diet is making the balance for your meal and consumptions. Not starving themselves to death. Some people are eager to lose the weight through the diet. The question is do they forget about exercise term?
